Major Duties at H.E.C:

  • Business Development Manager incorporates Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing in the aim at implementing BPI (Business Process Improvement).
  • Work with owners on creating the business plan (including strategic plans created during the strategic planning process) and associated resourcing plans necessary to cause the organization to be successful. This process includes overseeing the development of the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and defining the customer and business objectives the organization needs to achieve in order to be successful.
  • Design the processes necessary to achieve the objectives of the business plans. Responsible for the creation, update and approval of documents (procedures, work instructions/protocols) to support the process.
  • Coordinate with the operational Managers to bring the resources and processes together to achieve the objectives of the business plans that are created by the business owners.
  • Ensure that the process operator (employee) is learning and perform the processes (work) necessary to achieve the objectives of the business plans that are created by owners, and managers.

• Assisting the Chairman in his daily lines of interests, meetings and interviews

  • Preparing and sending business and private correspondences
  • Handling confidential financial and accounting matters for the Chairman

Abdo M. Richa

Chief Operation Officer  for H.E.C Holding

A graduate in finance and accounting, with expertise in official accounting. Mr. Abdo Richa has more than 28 years of experience in finance, investment portfolio management, Legal and investors’ relationships

Major Duties at H.E.C:

  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Employer Health Tax etc.
  • Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board's Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, payroll, and petty cash
  • Reconcile bank and investment accounts

• Managing, auditing and providing daily guidance to ensure up-to-date reliable accounting data

  • Auditing the inflows/outflows on the basis of the agreed on Payment Terms
  • Preparing and analyzing the monthly projected cash flows vs. monthly real cash flows, as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly income statements of the Company

Suzanne S. El-Hajj

Accountant for H.E.C

A graduate in Accounting, Miss Suzanne El-Hajj has more than 8 years in maintaining records of all kinds of accounting procedures

Major Duties at H.E.C:

• Coordinating with the Head of Finance and assisting him in different accounting processes

  • Processing and controlling Journal Entries, payments and receipts on Dolphin Accounting Software and over Oracle JDE
  • Coordinating the Company’s Statements of Accounts with those of Suppliers and Clients
  • In charge of reconciling the statements of banks, suppliers, customers,etc.
  • Controlling Banks’ receipts (transfer-cash money-checks-deposits), as well as suppliers’ and contractors’ invoices

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
